99. Procedure at hearing of petition

(1) At the hearing of the petition, the Member may either dispose of the petition finally, or give such directions as may be deemed necessary for the filing of counter-affidavit and reply affidavits, if any, and for service of notice on any person who, in his opinion has been omitted to be served or has not been properly served with the notice of the petition and may adjourn the petition to enable the parties to comply with his directions.

(2) All adjournments and postings will be subject to time schedule prescribed under the Act or the rules and except as otherwise ordered by the Member, it shall not be necessary to give notice of the adjourned hearing to any person.
